From the route to the revenue.
Every company, person, property, amount, and image in this walkthrough is fictional and belongs to the synthetic Sequoia & Sage demo scenario.
- 01 · Office
Dispatch the route once.
The office starts with a weekly route for the fictional Sequoia & Sage Landscaping demo company. Sam Rivera and Alex Kim are assigned Oakhaven Commons and Cypress Court Plaza. Each stop carries its planned time, address, tasks, and property knowledge into the crew's day.
- 02 · Crew
The crew sees the same plan.
The crew signs into its own tenant workspace with a PIN rather than an email and password. The phone-first view shows two ordered stops, three open tasks, and a customer note. The English and Spanish controls keep the same route and property information available to the whole crew.
- 03 · Field proof
One visit creates the proof.
At Oakhaven Commons, the crew records its time, completes the north-walkway drip-line repair, and adds a fictional field photo. The repair is logged as a ninety-five-dollar billable extra. The customer feedback and visit proof remain attached to the property instead of living in separate texts and camera rolls.
- 04 · Office review
The office reviews the exception.
Back in the office, the completed Oakhaven visit is visible with the crew's recorded hours, task, photo, customer note, and billable repair. Daily surfaces the extra for review while the underlying visit history remains intact.
- 05 · Payroll + billing
The same work reaches the money.
The crew's exact seven hours and forty-two minutes flow to payroll. Billing rounds billable time according to the company's rules and adds the approved ninety-five-dollar irrigation repair to Oakhaven HOA's draft invoice. One field record closes the loop from dispatch to payroll and invoicing.
