The operating system for your landscape company.
Properties, schedules, crews, hours, and invoices — one system instead of six. Daily runs maintenance routes, construction projects, and enhancement work side by side, from the office dashboard down to the crew's phone.
Built inside Geared for Growing, a 43-year-old Sonoma County landscape company — and running its crews, routes, and payroll every single day.
The product
Everything between “the phone rings” and “the invoice is paid.”
Daily isn't a point tool bolted onto five others. It's the whole operating loop — clients, schedules, crews, hours, and billing — sharing one set of data.
Properties & clients
Your whole book of business, one screen.
Every property gets a living file — gate codes, contacts, standing notes, visit history, and photos — so the knowledge stays with the company instead of in a foreman's head. Your customer list lives right beside it, and the morning dashboard surfaces what actually needs attention: overdue work orders, unassigned requests, missing hours.
- Property files with notes, photos, contacts, and full visit history
- A complete customer database — import yours from a CSV in minutes
- A dashboard that opens on what needs attention, not on a menu
Scheduling & dispatch
Routes and projects, planned in one place.
Maintenance runs on recurring routes — weekly or biweekly rotations your crews see every morning in stop order, with drive times. Construction and enhancement run on a daily plan and a weekly board you can rearrange in seconds. When the day changes, reassign a job to another foreman with a click instead of rewriting the week.
- Recurring maintenance routes with weekly / biweekly rotations
- Daily plan + weekly board for construction and enhancement projects
- One-click reassignment when crews, weather, or priorities shift
Crew time tracking
A crew app your crews will actually use.
Crews sign in with a PIN — no emails, no passwords — and clock in and out at every stop from their phone. GPS stamps the visit, photos attach straight to the property, and notes flip to Spanish in one tap. Payroll hours stay exact to the foreman's clock while billable hours round up to the quarter hour — both from the same clock-in, so nobody re-keys a timesheet.
- PIN sign-in and a phone-first design built for the field
- GPS-stamped clock-ins with photos tied to each visit
- Payroll-exact hours for your team, quarter-hour rounding for the invoice
Billing & invoicing
Invoices that build themselves from the field.
Extras your crew logs at a stop — mulch, fertilizer, an added hour — land on the invoice automatically. Recurring monthly maintenance bills generate themselves; T&M and project billing pull from real recorded hours, not reconstructed ones. Sync with QuickBooks Online and let clients pay online.
- Per-visit extras flow straight onto the invoice
- Automated recurring invoices for monthly maintenance
- QuickBooks Online sync and online payment
Client portal
Clients see the work — without calling the office.
Give every client a private portal: each visit with photos, project progress, open requests, and invoices. They submit requests in one queue instead of texting your cell, and “what did the crew do on Tuesday?” answers itself.
- Visit history with crew photos, automatically
- Service requests in one queue instead of texts and voicemail
- Projects and invoices, always current
How it works
Running by the end of the week, not the end of the quarter.
No implementation project, no consultant. Three steps, and we're hands-on for every one of them.
Create your company's private workspace and you're looking at your own dashboard in minutes. Founding members start with 3 months free.
Import your book
Upload customers and properties from a CSV — we give you the templates, and if spreadsheets aren't your thing, we'll run the import with you.
Invite the team
Office staff sign in with their email. Crews get PINs — no accounts to manage, nothing to install, and their phone becomes the time clock.
Why Daily exists
“I spent 20 years in tech and raised nearly $30M in venture capital. Then I bought into the landscaping industry and was aghast at the state of operations software. I tried LMN, Aspire, Jobber — all of it. So I built Daily for my own crews. It's running 50+ properties this season. Before we open it to everyone, I want a handful of companies shaping it alongside us.”
Founding members
A small cohort, treated well.
What founding companies get
We onboard each company by hand and stay close while you run your first season on Daily.
FAQ
Honest answers to fair questions.
What does Daily cost?
Founding members get their first 3 months free, then simple month-to-month pricing — never a 12-month contract, cancel anytime. We're finalizing public pricing with our founding cohort, which is one more reason to join it.
How does my data get in?
CSV import for customers and properties, with templates so your columns match. If you'd rather hand it off, we run the import with you during onboarding — hands-on setup is part of the founding-member deal.
Does Daily work with QuickBooks?
Yes — Daily syncs with QuickBooks Online, so invoicing in Daily doesn't mean re-keying anything in your books.
Will my crews actually use it?
They already do — ours. The crew app is phone-first: PIN sign-in instead of passwords, one big button to clock in at each stop, photos straight from the camera, and notes that flip to Spanish in a tap.
Who owns my data? Can I export it?
You do, and yes. Your customers, properties, and hours are yours — export them any time, and if you ever leave, we'll help you take everything with you.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Daily runs in the browser on any computer, and the crew app installs to a phone's home screen like a normal app — no app store, no updates to chase.
We do maintenance and construction. Does Daily handle both?
That's exactly the company it was built in. Recurring routes for maintenance, project scheduling for construction and enhancement — same customers, same crews, one system.
Put tomorrow on Daily.
Start free, import your book, and run your first week on it. If it doesn't earn its place, walk away — no contract, no lock-in.
